Qualification and one-pager

Checklist before a proposal and a one-page structure.

Qualification checklist

A deal is qualified when all of these have an owner:

  • Named plant and factory code (slug)
  • Admin, maintenance, and operator contacts
  • Week-one assets (rooms/lines) and sensor types from the Factora taxonomy
  • Demo or live? If live, who installs gateways and who holds ingest tokens
  • Backhaul: Ethernet vs 4G vs LoRaWAN regional plan (EU868 / US915 / IN865 / AS923 / KE as applicable)
  • ERP mode: none / Factora / pack
  • Hazardous area? (changes TEKTELIC Ex vs indoor Milesight)
  • RTLS in scope? (Blueiot — separate from process sensors)
  • Lukteler SKUs: blocked until official datasheets

Proposal one-pager (headings)

  1. Outcome (visibility / energy / OEE evidence / cold chain) — no fake percentages
  2. IoT.Factora plant + ops access
  3. Hardware BOM by vendor (partner quote)
  4. Ingest method (MQTT topic pattern)
  5. What is out of scope (DCS, ERP sync, MQTT TLS, native OPC driver)
  6. Implementation waves (survey, commission, cutover, hypercare)

Check understanding

Progress is stored in this browser only. Passing is 70%.

1. A proposal should claim MQTT TLS if the customer looks worried.
2. Lukteler SKUs in a priced BOM are allowed when
