Data quality

• Non-empty messageId is unique per device (partial unique index). Retries must not double-count.
• Quality: good / uncertain / bad / stale / missing as ingested.
• Source: sensor, simulator, mqtt, gateway, etc.
• Event time recordedAt should be the device/origin time when present; do not silently overwrite with server now if the payload carried a timestamp.
• UI DEMO / SIMULATOR when telemetryMode is demo.
• Copilot and Executive must not fill N/A with a typical industry number.
