Time windows

Today in OEE, Command Center, and Executive is calendar midnight → now, not the configured shift end.

Shift uses configured shift minutes, or an open handover when the range is shift.

Energy production in a window uses the same production engine as OEE (counters and overlapping runs). It does not sum run totalCount blindly. If produced is 0, intensity is insufficient — not zero.

When you demo “today after 17:00”, today still includes the evening. Shift may already have ended.
