Create the factory

On https://factory.factoraerp.com as ops owner:

1. Configure factory — name, slug, pack, omit areas, status onboarding, ERP mode.
2. Save the returned plant logins. New people get a random one-time password they must change at first sign-in. It is shown once at the top of the create screen.
3. Do not email passwords in chat logs. Audit will redact secrets if pasted; still do not paste them.
4. Viewer accounts cannot complete this step (403).

Then enter the plant (owner only) to continue commissioning.
